What equipment will I need?
- None but maybe occasionally a chair.
What if I live in an apartment?
- Don't worry, we don't disturb your neighbours!
What if I don’t have outside space?
- You don't need any!
What if I’ve never worked out before/are these suitable for beginners?
I go to the the gym a lot - will this challenge me?
- Yes, I always give progressions to make you sweat!
